ON DEMAND SERVICES
If you are not subscribed to any of our packages, you can ask for on demand puntual Services for 40€/hour, or 80€/hour in Overnight Services. All expenses of the Services will be charged in addition.
You can also subscribe a contract for spot services with a minimum monthly fee plus the services time. Ask for more info.

MEANING OF…
CONTACT SERVICE: We’ll be your local contact in Mallorca and provide you with personal contact and advice. You can call us or write us an email with any kind of question you may have regarding your home, guests or stay or even for example where to find a good hairdresser or which physiotherapist we recommend. Please note we will answer your questions to our best knowledge and as soon as there is work involved our standard rate will apply.
PERSONAL CONTACT SERVICE: Personal local contact, 24/7/365 contact available, if its necessary in the owner property face-to-face, helping attendant and solution need of the client or family with advise of the best way to go. Etc.
PREVENT SQUATTERS: With the pandemic and economic situation, squatters its a problem very easy to solve if you go to Police within 48 hours before the house is squatted, I give (included in V.I.P. Package) this service making a reported quick visit every day to your house (when is not occupied by authorised people) to check that it’s ok, and then can obtain a quick enforcement against squatters.
REGULAR CHECKING HOUSE: It is a security checking, checking you have power and services, and a quick visual check of damp, leaks and vermin.
PLUS CATEGORY CHECKING HOUSE: Ventilate, condition of doors and windows, flush toilets and run taps, check alarm, operate with the appliances to preserve damages, revise operation of light bulbs and replace as necessary, check thoroughly furnishings, fitments, damp, leaks and evidence of vermin entry, check the pool.
HABITABILITY CHECKING: As a option, and a week before your arrival, we can make a deep checking of habitability in the house to see if they are hidden problems. This service need special permission from the owner.
PAYMENT FORM
Monthly payments will be invoiced every 1st and MUST be payed before the 5th.
Anual payments will be invoiced and payed in 10 days.
Extra expenses will be payed in 15 days after invoiced, and if it is a big amount will be arranged the payment by agreement.
Payments to outsource servicemen will be done directly by the client unless otherwise agreed. (e.g. cleaning, gardening, pool, elements for maintenance and repairs, etc.)
Payment methods are via BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD via secure-internet payment (SUMMUP) with the standard links or a personal one created specially for you.
